ABOUT WOMEN DOCTORS CLUB
The Women Doctors Club of The Villages was formed to bring women with doctoral degrees together for discussion and friendship. Members meet monthly to enjoy a speaker or other program. The club also organizes social events and activities for its members, including outings, luncheons, happy hours, potlucks, book club, executive golf, hiking, samba, bridge, and more.

Meetings. We meet at noon on the fourth Thursday of each month (except not in November and December*), at Sterling Heights Recreation Center (2508 St Charles Place). Our meetings usually include a featured speaker and Club announcements. Meetings usually conclude by 1:30 pm. After the meetings, members are invited to stay and socialize while enjoying their lunch. Our meetings are "hybrid" meetings with members able to attend in person or on Zoom. *The fourth Thursday of November is Thanksgiving, so we meet on the third Thursday of November for our annual potluck. We have a holiday party in December, so there is not a meeting that month.

Membership. All women with earned doctoral degrees who reside in The Villages are welcome. Membership dues are $15 per year. We currently have approximately 200 members. You must be a member to participate in club activities. Visitors are welcome at our general meetings, however. We look forward to meeting you!
